NEWTRENDY LIMITED WARRANTY

 

This Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to hardware products (“Product(s)) sold through www.smartwatch.sg  by NewTrendy.Today to the original purchaser (“You”) only. This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred.  This Limited Warranty is limited to the terms set forth below:

NewTrendy.Today warrants that the Product(s) will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period as stated in the Warranty Card alongside with the Product(s) from the date of your purchase (“Warranty Period”).

Your sole and exclusive remedies for warranty claims submitted to NewTrendy.Today within the Warranty Period pursuant to this Limited Warranty are as follows:

For all Product(s) that contain or develop material defects in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, NewTrendy.Today will, at its sole option, either: (1) repair the Product(s) within a reasonable time period as informed, or (2) replace a new or refurbished Product(s) being of identical model or functional equivalent.

Any Product(s) that are repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will have warranty coverage until the expiry date of remaining original Warranty Period as stated on the Warranty Card.

 

Procedure For Making A Limited Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim pursuant to this Limited Warranty, you may visit our NewTrendy Concept Shop located at (1 Rochor Canal Road, #04—73 Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504) and provide relevant information within the Warranty Period. The information must include: (1) Receipt of Purchase, (2) the original Warranty Card with valid Warranty Period, (3) a description of the problem or defect, and (4) your name and contact phone number.

You may also email to our support@smartwatch.sg and provide relevant information within the Warranty Period. The information must include: (1) Receipt of Purchase, (2) the Product Detail Page of this Warranty Card, (3) a description of the problem or defect, (4) the date the defect, damage or problem was first discovered, (5) the photo(s) of defective or damaged Product(s), and (6) your name, contact phone number & email address.

If your claim is conditionally accepted, NewTrendy.Today will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). You must send back the Product(s) to NewTrendy.Today (at the address provided by NewTrendy.Today), along with any further information required if needed and the RMA, within 30 days of the date NewTrendy.Today sent you the RMA. If you fail to send back the Product(s), information required if needed by NewTrendy.Today, and RMA within the 30 day period, your claim becomes VOID.

If upon receiving the Product(s) NewTrendy.Today determines that you do not have a valid claim under this Limited Warranty (including, but not limited to, because the Product(s) do not suffer from a defect covered by this Limited Warranty), NewTrendy.Today reserves the right to deny your claim.

Exclusions  

This Limited Warranty applies only to Product(s) sold by or for NewTrendy.Today that are marked with the “NewTrendy” trade name or brand logo.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and specifically excludes, the followings: (1) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the consumable part has been damaged due to a defect in materials or workmanship in a non-consumable part of the Product(s), (2) normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken components, (3) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including, without ,imitation, collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring or testing, improper storage, third party applications downloaded to the Product(s) or companion applications that connect to and communicate with the Product(s), (4) damage caused by use with non-NewTrendy products, (5) any non-NewTrendy hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Product(s), (6) modifications of the Product(s) firmware or software by anyone other than NewTrendy.Today, (7) any damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the Product(s).

NewTrendy.Today reserves the right disable the Product(s) if NewTrendy.Today suspects fraud or if NewTrendy.Today determines that the Product(s) are counterfeit, stolen or lost in shipment.

 

Limitation Of Damages & Liabilities

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and NewTrendy.Today is not responsible for: (1) special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts), loss of the use of money, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, or loss of (damage to or corruption of data), (2) any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused, including, but not limited to, the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored or used with the Product(s) and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored in the Product(s).

NewTrendy.Today is not responsible for or liable to any loss of human life, or any damage to human body condition by using of the Product(s), as the health & fitness data, sports data measured or generated by the usage of Product(s) are for reference only. Accurate Health Condition and Data must be measured by proper and suitable medical instruments.

 

Warranty Extension

You have an option to extend the warranty from 3 months to 12 months (1 year) for only $30 for the NT01-NT09 models. For NT668, they also have an option to extend the warranty from 6 months to 12 months (1 year) should they be willing to pay extra $80.
